Asphalt flat roof repair or one of the new EPDM liquid rubbers

Hi, I have to tender for a job in Tottenham by end of play tomorrow. Sorry the short notice. The job is on a 4 story building. Please see below spec.

Asphalt roof covering to main roof over 2nd floor is split. Allow to cut out 15 linear metres of defective/split asphalt and bond with new molten asphalt. Apply Permanite Solarflect solar reflective paint finish to repaired area (minimum 500mm either side of split), colour to match existing. . All works to be carried out by an appropriately qualified mastic asphalt contractor and in accordance with BS8218:1998.

Lead flashings missing and dislodged to main roof area. Contractor to install new section of Code 4 lead flashing to rear parapet wall to match existing lead flashings where missing and reinstate existing lead flashing to remaining parapet walls, rake out mortar joint to a depth of 25mm and insert lead flashing. Repoint mortar joint on completion to provide a water tight seal.

Asphalt roof covering to rear mid-height roof above first floor offices is split. Cut out defective/split asphalt and bond with new molten asphalt. Apply solar reflective paint finish to repaired area.

I do understand if you cant price for this but it would help me if you could give me a price from the speck above.
If anything please over price for this job as there is no Contingency with tenders we do.

Sorry but we now dont do asphault

we do flat roofing but we dont use felt or asphalt  as its a thing of the past, take your job to remove the old section 15m2  the flat roofer will need to heat the old area using a naked flame then remove and dump the old materials, bot good for the environment of the wallet.

A over lay system such as  3M, Kemperol v210  or TrIflex will be cheaper last longer be solar reflective for  its life span  and be cheaper
We also use EPDM rubber however this is best for new flat roofs and you are asking for a repaire
